Instructions and tips to enter your organization's listing in the Services Directory:
| Field | Description |
| Choose Category | Choose the appropriate subcategory for your organization; note: do not choose a main category (those listed near the top) |
| Organization Name | Enter the name of company or organization |
| CEO/Director/Partner | Enter the name of the CEO, president, executive director in the organization, or the relevant key partner in the VC or the attorney organization |
| Address | Enter the street and suite number (if any) |
| City | Enter the city name |
| State/Province | Enter the two letter Zip code for U.S.A. and Canada addresses; in the case of very long international addresses only (Japan, others), you can enter a second address line in the "City" field and enter the "City" in the "State" field |
| Postal Code | Enter a U.S.A. Zip code or an international postal code |
| Country | Select country from the list |
| Phone | Enter the U.S.A. phone number as shown in this format (360) 676-2260; for international numbers enter starting with a "+" |
| Fax | Enter the U.S.A. phone number as shown in this format (360) 676-2260; for international numbers enter starting with a "+" |
| Contact eMail | Preference is to enter the eMail address of the of the person designated in the CEO/director field but, if preferred, enter the eMail of a person appropriate for a mid- to high-level InsideChips visitor to contact at the organization |
| Website | Enter the website in the regular format including http://, for example, http://www.insidechips.com |
| Highlights | Enter the motto/byline of organization, if appropriate, or enter a short note on a special benefit or feature of the organization |
| Description | A maximum of 1,000 characters is allowed for this field; the format depends on the organization's category type; See the table below to choose the right format to use |
| Logo Image | Membership has its advantages! Only allowed for InsideChips members, corporate sponsors, and affiliates; if submitting a logo, keep in mind it will be scaled to 125 pixel max width |
| eMail for account editing | Enter the email of the person who will be routinely updating this listing in the future; this email will be required to edit the listing in the future, please make a note of it |
| Password for account editing | Enter a password which will be used when updating this listing in the future; this password will be required to edit the listing in the future, please make a note of it |
