Silvus Technologies, a developer of semiconductor IP for wireless applications, and Fastrack Design, a provider of advanced custom ASIC design services, formed a partnership that will offer their customers total turnkey PHY/MAC 802.11n IP solutions. Silvus Technologies will be providing its 802.11n PHY IP solution. The Silvus 802.11n PHY/MAC IP solution is a licensable and synthesizable HDL implementation of the IEEE Standard 802.11n Draft 2.0 Edition.

Fastrack Design will deliver a full suite of design services including full-chip integration, block-level implementation, and library characterization. Fastrack provides the physical design expertise along with all the necessary implementation tools and computer resources to ensure successful tapeouts.
